If a skip is placed on a pubic highway or grass verge we will obtain the relevent Local Authority license.
This will include cones and lights where appropriate.

The Hirer will deposit material in the contractor's equipment in a safe manner to ensure that no spillage results when the equipment is transferred to the Contractors collecting unit and the Hirer will indemnify the Contractor against all liability arising out of any failure by the Hirer to observe the Hirers obligations.
